Google Sign-In & Identity

We use secure Google OAuth to manage user accounts and simplify the onboarding workflow.

  • •Requested Scopes: We request access to `email` and `profile` details. This allows us to verify your email address and retrieve your name and profile picture to set up your account workspace.
  • •Account Verification: These scopes are used exclusively for user authentication, managing secure session tokens, and providing direct product support. We never access your contacts or search history.
  • •Revocation: You can disconnect your Google account or revoke access at any time via your Google Profile settings page.

YouTube API Services & Scopes (Private Beta)

Notice: YouTube features are currently in closed private Beta and restricted to pre-approved beta testers only. To automate replies on your YouTube videos (such as our official channel TamilDM Bot), TamilDM requests access via secure Google OAuth.

  • •YouTube API Scopes (`youtube.force-ssl`): We request this scope solely to read comments and post replies on videos and live stream chats that the user explicitly authorizes. This allows us to interact with comment threads on channels like @TamilDM-Bot.
  • •Data Storage & Transparency: We read comment threads in real time to match keyword triggers and prevent duplicates. To run the automation, we only store your channel ID, configured trigger rules, and encrypted credentials. We do not download or store your videos, subscriber lists, or other unrelated channel data, and we never sell your data.
  • •Access Revocation: You can disconnect your channel instantly from our dashboard at any time, or revoke access completely via the Google Security Settings.

Instagram & Meta Integration

We integrate directly with official Meta Graph APIs to enable automation on your Instagram Business and Facebook accounts.

  • •Meta Graph API Permissions: We request permissions to list comments, view mentions, and manage direct messages (DMs) on authorized professional accounts.
  • •Automation Workflow: When your followers comment on a post or mention your page, TamilDM processes the text triggers, posting a public response or dispatching a direct message response automatically.
  • •Compliance: All automation is compliant with Meta developer terms. We process and transmit only the comment/mention payload directly required to serve the auto-response action.
