Data Deletion Policy

At Sri Athi Mobiles ("TamilDM"), we respect your right to control your personal data. This policy outlines how you can delete your data, disconnect platforms, and revoke TamilDM's access to your YouTube and Instagram accounts.
Your Right to Delete: You can delete your account and all associated data at any time. You can also revoke TamilDM's access to your YouTube data directly through Google, without needing to contact us.
1. Delete Your Entire Account (Self-Service)
You can permanently delete your TamilDM account and all associated data directly from the dashboard:
Log in to your TamilDM account
Go to tamildm.com and sign in with your credentials.
Navigate to Settings
Click on the Settings page from the sidebar.
Scroll to the Danger Zone
Locate the Danger Zone section at the bottom of the page.
Click "Delete Account" and confirm
Type your confirmation and click Delete. This action is permanent and irreversible.
When you delete your account, the following actions occur immediately:
- Your account login credentials are permanently deleted.
- All stored OAuth tokens (YouTube and Instagram) are revoked and deleted.
- All automation rules, keyword triggers, bot commands, and timer configurations are deleted.
- All moderation logs and historical activity data are deleted.
- Any active subscription is cancelled (no further charges will be made).
2. Disconnect a Specific Platform
YouTube
- Navigate to the YouTube Integration page in your TamilDM dashboard and click Disconnect.
- This will delete your YouTube OAuth tokens and all associated bot configurations, commands, timers, and moderation logs from our servers.
Instagram & Facebook
- Navigate to the Meta Integration page in your TamilDM dashboard and click Disconnect.
- This will remove your Meta connection, delete the stored access token, and delete all associated automation flow rules from our servers.
3. Revoke Access via Google or Meta
Revoke via Google
You can revoke TamilDM's access to your YouTube data at any time without logging into TamilDM, directly from Google:
- Go to https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions
- Find TamilDM in the list of third-party apps.
- Click on it, then click Remove Access.
Revoke via Meta
You can remove TamilDM's access to your Instagram/Facebook data via your Meta settings:
- Go to your Facebook or Instagram Account Settings.
- Navigate to "Business Integrations" or "Apps and Websites".
- Find TamilDM and remove it.
4. Request Deletion via Email
If you cannot access your account or prefer us to handle the deletion, you may submit a formal Data Deletion Request:
- Send an email from the email address associated with your TamilDM account to support@tamildm.com.
- Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request.
- State clearly that you want your account and all associated data permanently deleted from TamilDM.
We will verify your identity and process your request within 7 business days.
