Since TamilDM provides non-tangible, digital automation services, we do not provide refunds once a subscription plan has been purchased. By completing a payment, you acknowledge that you have read the plan description, understood what is included, and accept that no refund will be issued after purchase.

If you cancel your subscription or delete your account, no refund will be provided for any unused portion of the current billing period, and this action cannot be reversed.
Message Boost credits are one-time purchases that instantly add extra message credits to your account. Because these are non-tangible digital goods that are delivered immediately upon payment, all credit purchases are non-refundable once the transaction is completed.

Unused credits do not carry over if your account is cancelled or deleted.
All payments are subject to 18% GST as applicable under Indian tax law. The GST amount is shown clearly in your estimated invoice before you complete payment. GST charges are non-refundable in all cases.
If you are purchasing as a business and require a GST invoice, check the "I'm purchasing as a business (GST Invoice)" box at checkout and ensure your billing details are accurate before payment. We cannot amend GST invoices after they are issued.
TamilDM offers a free-forever plan with no credit card required. We encourage you to fully test the service on the free plan before upgrading to a paid subscription or purchasing message credits.
If TamilDM is unable to deliver the service or credits you paid for due to a technical failure on our end, we will refund the full amount paid within 5 to 7 working days to your original payment method via Razorpay.
